With this awareness, she incorporates current dance trends, fashion trends, and popular music genres into her work.
Artistic collaboration is what most excites Marrin. Her work gathers from the multifaceted influences of film, music, and dance - she is always looking for new ways to experiment with diverse artists and mediums of expression.
Marrin’s goal when creating work is to grow the understanding of dance. To achieve this, she believes it is fundamental as an artist, to support our audiences in the interpretation of movement language as well as the discovery of meaning within dance.
